Limited Warranty – Encore Ceramics Tile
Encore Ceramics warrants that its tile products are free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase
Scope of Warranty
This warranty applies only to tile products manufactured by Encore Ceramics and installed in accordance with recognized industry standards (e.g., ANSI A108/A118/A136, TCNA guidelines), proper substrate preparation, and standard installation practices.
The warranty covers replacement of defective tile only. Encore Ceramics’ obligation under this warranty is limited, at its discretion, to replacement of the affected tile or refund of the original purchase price. Labor costs for removal or reinstallation, installation materials, or consequential damages are not covered.
Exclusions
- Improper installation, handling, or storage
- Damage due to structural movement, substrate failure, impact, or chemical exposure
- Normal wear, variation in color, shade, or texture inherent in fired ceramics
- Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or cleaning with inappropriate products
Limitations
Encore Ceramics makes no other express or implied warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Under no circumstances shall Encore Ceramics be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of use, profit, or other economic loss.
